An extraordinary person designs an extraordinary residential complex. He is an architect, frontman and singer of the band „Antis” and one of the initiators of the Lithuanian movement: Algirdas Kaušpedas.
In his youth, he was an architect at the Kaunas Building Design Institute, and later board secretary of the Kaunas Architects' Association. For two years, he was head of Lithuanian National Television. From 1988 – 1990, Kaušpedas actively participated in the restructuring of the Lithuanian movement. The initiative group's movement was founded by the Academy of Sciences. Algirdas Kaušpedas was one of the sponsors of this group. He brought the struggle for freedom from tribunes of the people to the common people by inviting them to rock marches. The band „Antis“ consisted of non-professional musicians: architects who dared to parody Soviet life in these times of stagnation and became singing revolutionary leaders.
In 1993, Kaušpedas founded the joint-stock company “United Force”. He built houses not only in Lithuania but also in Germany, Denmark, and Norway. He established a sales system for diverse residential projects called “United Force Houses”, published catalogs featuring various residential projects, and founded the modular house development and construction company JSC “JP Haus”.
In 2012, the city of Vilnius awarded him honorary citizenship for his work in the Lithuanian movement and for promoting patriotism among young people. In 2015, Kaušpedas took part in the "Mission Siberia" project, whose task is to honor injured and killed people from the countryside, to foster understanding between generations, and to give young people the opportunity to learn more about the past.

In the shade of the swaying pines of the esteemed Antakalnis district (in German “Place on Hills”), the residential complex “Pušu Terasos” (in German “Pine Terraces”) was created, blending harmoniously into nature.
The highlight is the over 100 m² rooftop terraces made of larch boards on the seventh and eighth floors. They are regarded as a bold architectural solution and as a model for other real estate Company. But that is not all: the complex also became a model for sustainable development projects throughout Lithuania. The project was nominated in 2013 as a significant contribution to the development of green buildings and in the following year as a benchmark for urban developments. An international real estate expert Team named "Antakalnio Terasos" - of which "Pušu Terasos" forms a unit - one of the top 3 residential construction projects in the Baltics in 2015. In the same year, this residential complex was also selected as one of the best real estate projects in Europe at the largest international real estate exhibition in Cannes.
