in Selm. The buildings blend harmoniously into the natural surroundings and offer direct views of the adjacent "Zechenbusch" forest. The design is by architect Alexander Benthaus, who is very pleased with the positive interest in the apartments. The new buildings are part of an urban development concept that, in addition to residential use, also includes a daycare center to meet the increasing demand for childcare places in Selm. The project fulfills important social and infrastructural functions and contributes to the sustainable development of the district. View project

Apartment building in Bochum: In Bochum-Wiemelhausen, a modern apartment building with 15 apartments (70–152 m²) and 32 underground parking spaces was built in 2019 on a former garage site. The goal was sustainable densification in line with the "renaissance of the city center." The underground parking garage improves noise reduction, and a common room is included. Visitor parking spaces and a central waste disposal area complete the concept. View project

The U-shaped new building by KAUPP + FRANCK Architekten GmbH in the Mannheim-Franklin district accommodates all four age groups: In addition to the new community center with youth rooms for the Free Religious Community, it houses a 60-bed nursing home, 37 senior-friendly Serviceapartments, a senior day care center, and a three-group daycare center.
