Residential Quarter in Düsseldorf: Building plot 3 of the Karolinger Höfe development is part of a project that emerged from an urban planning competition in 2011. A family-friendly residential quarter with approximately 350 units is being developed on the 1.6-hectare site in the Bilk district of Düsseldorf. On building plot 3, two residential buildings with 117 apartments are being constructed above a shared underground parking garage. The buildings are divided into seven sections, each distinguished by three different thin brick types and individual color schemes. View project

Rheinallee in Mainz: In just 20 months, 138 rental apartments, three commercial units, and 163 underground parking spaces were built at the old customs port in Mainz. The five tower blocks offer water views, while an elongated building provides screening from Rheinallee.
