The Senne Music School is located in the south of Bielefeld and was founded by music educators Helmut Quakernack and Jürgen Hillbrink. Over the years, it has steadily developed and is now an integral part of the local cultural scene. A new building is planned for construction nearby, which will house an optician and a bakery as well as the music school – assuming a planned REWE supermarket is built in the rear area. Lüerstraße School in Hanover The new Sophienschule on Lüerstraße replaces the listed building on Seelhorststraße and accommodates 1,368 students and 110 staff members. The 11,200 m² facility will house modern classrooms, specialist rooms, and recreation rooms, an auditorium, a cafeteria, and administration. Daycare center and apartment building in Selm. A modern residential complex consisting of three large apartment buildings with a gray clinker brick look was built at Pädagogenweg 7 in Selm in July 2022. The buildings blend harmoniously into the natural surroundings and offer direct views of the adjacent "Zechenbusch" forest. The design was designed by architect Alexander Benthaus, who is very pleased with the positive interest in the apartments. The new buildings are part of an urban development concept that, in addition to residential use, also envisages the construction of a daycare center to meet the growing demand for childcare places in Selm. The project fulfills important social and infrastructural functions and contributes to the sustainable development of the district. View project
