Pontsteiger Amsterdam Die Fassade wurde aus Betonfertigteilen hergestellt. Dank der Vorfertigung konnte ein Geschoss pro Woche fertiggestellt werden. In die Betonelemente sind handwerklich glasierte thin brick mit strukturierter Oberfläche im Format WDF wechselweise im vertikalen bzw. horizontalen Stapelverband eingelassen. Die chamäleonartigen Grün- und Bronzetöne der thin brick schaffen eine Fassade, die sich mit dem Licht und der Tageszeit verändert, genau wie die Oberfläche des Wassers, das das Gebäude umgibt. Multi-family building in Osnabrück-Pye Between 2014 and 2018, a residential quarter with 5 multi-family buildings and 6 terraced houses was developed in Osnabrück-Pye. The aim was to enhance the urban entrance area and integrate it harmoniously into the surroundings. The apartments with 3–6 rooms (85–186 m²) offer high living quality with daylight, underfloor heating and private outdoor areas. View project
