Student Residence Hall in Mannheim. On the Spinelli site in Mannheim, an ensemble of student residence halls and a social housing building with a shared brick facade was built by 2023. The buildings form the northern edge of the block facing Anna-Sammet-Straße and Quartiersplatz. Ninety student rooms are grouped around meeting areas, complemented by a communal lounge. The outdoor space flows seamlessly into the Quartiershof courtyard. Both buildings create a homogenous urban landscape through their facade language and structure. View project

Multi-family building in Bochum. In 2019, a modern multi-family building with 15 apartments (70–152 m²) and 32 underground parking spaces was built on a former garage yard in Bochum-Wiemelhausen. The goal was sustainable densification in the spirit of the "inner city renaissance." The underground parking garage improves emissions control and includes a community room. Visitor parking and a central waste disposal site complement the concept. View project
Company family house in Berlin-Schöneberg The Schöneberg lens is an exciting urban development project in the Tempelhof-Schöneberg district in Berlin, which extends between the Südkreuz station and the Schöneberg S-Bahn station. The area is converted into an urban quarters with a mixture of living and commercial space. Both rental and condominiums, office space, a hotel, a daycare center and a café are created. A modern traffic concept and sustainable energy supply are central components of the project. A KfW 55-efficiency house standard is being sought and there is a combined heat and power plant. The public space is being redesigned to create a pedestrian -friendly environment. Tree avenues and city spaces contribute to addressing in the new district. The location is excellently connected to public transport, with bus, S and subway connections in the immediate vicinity. Many of the apartments are built barrier -free and have modern equipment such as underfloor heating and balconies or terraces. Show project
