Rheinallee in Mainz In just 20 months, 138 rental apartments, three commercial units and 163 underground parking spaces were built at the old Zollhafen in Mainz. The five point-block buildings offer water views, while an elongated structure shields the site from Rheinallee. Generous glass façades facing the harbour and noise-optimised punched windows facing the street characterise the architecture. Clinker brick and render create a lively façade design. View project

Modern Student Residence in Central Hanover At Klagesmarkt 17, in a central location in Hanover, a former office building from the 1970s was comprehensively revitalized and converted into a modern student residence with 98 micro-apartments. The compactly designed units offer contemporary living comfort of approximately 26 m², including a pantry kitchen.
