The three-story structure is characterized by a clear, horizontal facade, further emphasized by the precast concrete elements. The internal layout follows a strict grid pattern, allowing for flexible partitioning of different office sizes. New construction of an apartment building in Berlin-Schöneberg. The Schöneberg Lens is an exciting urban development project in the Tempelhof-Schöneberg district of Berlin, located between Südkreuz station and Schöneberg S-Bahn station. The area is being transformed into an urban quarter with a mix of residential and commercial spaces.
