The Polish city of Tomaszów Mazowiecki is characterized by the old traditions of the textile industry. Although these no longer play a role, traces in the form of old clinker industrial buildings have still remained. The new shopping center "Galeria Tomaszów" in the center of the city is also on the foundations of an old textile factory. The architect's challenge was to take up the characteristic style of the clinker to adapt to the surrounding area. The color of the historical walls and a suitable decorative masonry was designed. Today the building looks like it had been at this point in the 20th century.
The Galeria Tomaszów was designed by the Krakau architecture firm Mofo Archekci. Around 3,375 m² of the Feldhaus- Thin Brick S R767NF14 in conjunction with 6,037 pieces of angle riots W767NF14 and 7,800 pieces of the full clinker U767NF have created a new building with a traditional brick look - which is very well adapted to the overall picture - determines one reason why the Galeria Tomaszów competition of the Polish association and built construction technician and was recognized as the "construction of the year 2016".
