Apartment building in Voxtrup: In 2019, a residential complex with 16 units and a spacious underground parking garage was built at the roundabout of a main arterial road in Osnabrück. The new building blends into the existing development with a setback and a striking head building. Towards the city center, the building rises by one story, creating a prominent urban landmark. in Selm. The buildings blend harmoniously into the natural surroundings and offer direct views of the adjacent "Zechenbusch" forest. The design is by architect Alexander Benthaus, who is very pleased with the positive interest in the apartments. The new buildings are part of an urban development concept that, in addition to residential use, also includes a daycare center to meet the increasing demand for childcare places in Selm. The project fulfills important social and infrastructural functions and contributes to the sustainable development of the district. View project

"Clouth Quarter" in Cologne: In 2018, two residential buildings with 17 units were built in Cologne for the Energie+ building group, including an underground parking garage and a common room in the former gatehouse. The buildings meet passive house standards and generate energy via photovoltaic systems on the roofs. The monolithic construction with 49 cm thick brick walls features rounded corners and is clad with profiled brick slips. Folding shutters from Falter provide effective sun protection and allow for window planting. View project

Apartment buildings in Osnabrück-Pye: Between 2014 and 2018, a residential complex consisting of five apartment buildings and six terraced houses was built in Osnabrück-Pye. The aim was to enhance the urban design of the town entrance and to integrate the development harmoniously into the surrounding area. The apartments, with three to six rooms (85–186 m²), offer high-quality living with natural light, underfloor heating, and private outdoor spaces. View project
