Reference Project: Maximilians Quartier Berlin . The Maximilians Quartier is a successful example of contemporary residential construction in Berlin. It combines urban planning quality with architectural sophistication, creating an environment where tranquility and big-city flair are not mutually exclusive. The mix of rental and owner-occupied apartments, the integration of subsidized housing, and the high quality of life make the quarter an attractive place to live for a wide range of target groups. With its location in Schmargendorf and its proximity to nature, infrastructure, and urban life, the Maximilians Quartier is one of the most exciting residential areas in the capital. View project

Lindenauer Hafen Leipzig: A micro-district with 72 rental apartments in four five-story buildings directly on the waterfront was completed on Hafenstraße in Leipzig by Q1 2021. The project was developed by Townscape and Sassenscheidt and sold to HanseMerkur before construction began. Through architectural twists, all units offer water views. A central plaza creates a pleasant atmosphere and ensures equal living space. The facade design is based on a yellowish brick slip type selected during the sampling process. View project
