Markgrafenkarree – New Living in Berlin-Mitte The fundamental urban development approach of the new building is based – in response to the varying scales of the surrounding area – on the rediscovery of the Berlin block with its clearly defined street spaces. A total living area of 28,667 square meters has been created across five floors. The inner courtyard offers green and recreational areas. „Living at the Kreuzkirche“ Lüdenscheid In Lüdenscheid, a modern residential complex with 16 barrier-free two- and three-room apartments for senior-friendly Service living was built on the site of the old Kreuzkirche by summer 2019. The client is VR Südwestment GmbH & Co. KG, architect Andreas Bodem. ECO.PLAN took over general construction, planning and administration. The apartments offer approximately 60–80 m² of living space, complemented by communal rooms and care services. View project
Residential and commercial building in Berlin Prenzlauer-Berg On the site at Winsstraße / corner of Marienburger Straße in Berlin Prenzlauer-Berg, a residential and commercial building with approximately 187 rental apartments (11,300 square meters) over six floors was constructed. On the ground floor, a commercial space of approximately 2,700 square meters was created, which includes, among other things, an Edeka supermarket.
