A residential and commercial building with approximately 187 rental apartments (11,300 square meters) spread over six floors has been built on the site at the corner of Winsstraße and Marienburger Straße in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg. The ground floor houses approximately 2,700 square meters of commercial space, including an Edeka supermarket.
