Modern Office Building in Potsdam: A four-story, modern office building has been constructed at the Schiffbauergasse cultural site near the Tiefer See lake in Potsdam. The building, designed and constructed as a KfW Energy Efficiency House 55, is located in a highly diverse area with numerous stand-alone buildings. Its dynamic, curved form asserts its individuality. At the same time, the new building incorporates the predominant brick material, blending seamlessly with the existing listed building. New Medical Center in Bielefeld: In close proximity to the Klinikum Mitte hospital, a modern medical center with clinical potential was built on the foundations of a former high-rise bunker. It offers space for collaborative medical practices and patient wards. The architecture combines clinker brick, a glass facade, and sculptural staircases with a clear reference to the surrounding hospital buildings.
