A residential and commercial building with approximately 187 rental apartments (11,300 square meters) spread over six floors was constructed on the site at the corner of Winsstraße and Marienburger Straße in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg. Residential Quarter in Düsseldorf: Building plot 3 of the Karolinger Höfe development is part of a project that emerged from an urban planning competition in 2011. A family-friendly residential quarter with approximately 350 units is being developed on the 1.6-hectare site in the Bilk district of Düsseldorf. On building plot 3, two residential buildings with 117 apartments are being constructed above a shared underground parking garage. The buildings are divided into seven sections, each distinguished by three different thin brick types and individual color schemes. View project
