Caritas Headquarters in Lünen In 2018, the Caritas Association Lünen-Selm-Werne e.V. constructed a three-story new building on Lange Straße in Lünen to accommodate its growth. In addition to administrative offices, the building also houses a social station, Advisory serviceservices, and day care for seniors. Light-colored brick and a landscaped inner courtyard define the bright, functional architectural concept. View project
New IT office complex in Bissendorf The four-storey office complex "ITHUB" with 3,000 m² GFA was completed turnkey in Bissendorf in 2021. It offers combination offices, meeting rooms, social areas as well as modern technology such as underfloor heating with cooling function, air heat pumps and a photovoltaic system. The facade consists of beige-coloured clinker and aluminium elements. The load-bearing structure was implemented in solid reinforced concrete. View project
