Modern Office Building in Potsdam: A four-story, modern office building has been constructed at the Schiffbauergasse cultural site near the Tiefer See lake in Potsdam. The building, designed and constructed as a KfW Energy Efficiency House 55, is located in a highly diverse area with numerous stand-alone buildings. Its dynamic, curved form asserts its individuality. At the same time, the new building incorporates the predominant brick material, blending seamlessly with the existing listed building.
