Café & Bistro in Bremen Lesum Urban district development on the site of the former Wilhelm-Kaisen-Kaserne The area of Lesum-Park is one of the largest urban development areas in Bremen-North, which has been realized in recent years. With the participation of the Building Authority Bremen-North, the land-use planning for the creation of new building rights was carried out in 2012/2013. To date, all construction projects have been realized, so that Lesum-Park has now developed into a vibrant district in the north of Bremen. Lesum-Park was planned as a mixed district with residential and commercial use. The commercial focus is on the healthcare industry. A mixed range of housing was developed. Terraced, row and multi-family houses have been realized. A total of around 220 residential units were built. View project

Office Building Ibbenbüren Südring The design requirement derives from maximum internal flexibility and self-sufficiency with regard to building services and automation. The three-storey structure is distinguished in its external presence by a clear, horizontal façade articulation, further enhanced by the precast concrete elements. The internal structure follows a strict grid, allowing various office sizes to be freely partitioned. The chosen construction of a post-tensioned concrete slab increases this flexibility on every floor to a maximum and enables absolute column-free interiors. View project
„House of the Green Associations“ Oberhausen Olga Park The „House of the Green Associations“ at Olga Park in Oberhausen has a new tenant: Ellin Line GmbH, a fiber optic network specialist. The building offers approximately 3,500 m² of office, conference, and storage space and was completed in 2022. It is a joint project of the cemetery gardeners in North Rhine-Westphalia and also houses horticultural associations. The building is considered an architectural highlight with sustainable construction: green roofs, CO₂-neutral construction, and a green parking area. In total, around 30 million euros have been invested in the quarter since 2018, creating 150 jobs. To offset the CO₂ emissions during construction, 1,000 trees are to be planted in Osterfeld. New Music School, Bank and REWE Building in Bielefeld The Senne Music School is located in the south of Bielefeld and was founded by music educators Helmut Quakernack and Jürgen Hillbrink. Over the years, it has continuously evolved and is now an integral part of the local cultural scene. A new building is planned in the immediate vicinity, which, in addition to an optician and a bakery, will also house the music school – provided that a planned Rewe supermarket is built in the rear area. The lease agreement with the investor has already been signed, the new premises are specifically tailored to the needs of the music school, and the move from the old gas station building, which is in need of renovation, is imminent.
