Office building Ibbenbüren Südring. The design aims for maximum internal flexibility and self-sufficiency in terms of building technology and automation. The three-story structure is characterized by a clear, horizontal facade, further emphasized by the precast concrete elements. The internal layout follows a strict grid pattern, allowing for flexible partitioning of different office sizes.
