New building for music school, bank, and REWE supermarket in Bielefeld. The Senne Music School is located in the south of Bielefeld and was founded by music educators Helmut Quakernack and Jürgen Hillbrink. Over the years, it has steadily developed and is now an integral part of the local cultural scene. A new building is planned in the immediate vicinity, which, in addition to an optician and a bakery, will also house the music school – provided that a planned REWE supermarket is built at the rear of the property. The lease agreement with the investor has already been signed, the new premises are specifically tailored to the needs of the music school, and the move from the old gas station building, which is in need of renovation, is imminent. Caritas Headquarters in Lünen: The Caritas Association Lünen-Selm-Werne e.V. constructed a three-story new building on Lange Straße in Lünen in 2018 to accommodate its growth. In addition to administrative offices, the building houses a social services center, Advisory service , and a day care center for seniors. Light-colored brick and a landscaped courtyard characterize the bright, functional architectural design. View project
"House of Green Associations" at Olga Park in Oberhausen has a new tenant: Ellin Line GmbH, a fiber optic network specialist. The building, completed in 2022, offers approximately 3,500 m² of office, conference, and storage space. It is a joint project of cemetery gardeners in North Rhine-Westphalia and also houses horticultural associations. The building is considered an architectural highlight with sustainable construction methods: green roofs, CO₂-neutral construction, and a green parking area. Since 2018, a total of around €30 million has been invested in the complex, creating 150 jobs. To offset the CO₂ emissions from construction, 1,000 trees are to be planted in Osterfeld. View project
Modern student residence in Hanover city center: At Klagesmarkt 17, in a central location in Hanover, a former office building from the 1970s has been comprehensively revitalized and transformed into a modern student residence with 98 micro-apartments. The compact units offer contemporary living comfort on approximately 26 m², including a kitchenette. The new facade design references the Christuskirche (Christ Church) opposite and gives the building a striking urban presence. View project
Office building in Bremen-Lesum: Urban development on the site of the former Wilhelm-Kaisen Barracks. The Lesum Park area is one of the largest urban development projects in Bremen-North to have been realized in recent years. With the involvement of the Bremen-North Building Authority, the zoning plan to create new building regulations was carried out in 2012/2013. To date, all construction projects have been completed, and Lesum Park has developed into a vibrant neighborhood in Bremen-North. Lesum Park was planned as a mixed-use area with residential and commercial uses. The commercial focus is on the healthcare sector. A diverse range of residential options was developed, including terraced houses, townhouses, and apartment buildings. A total of approximately 220 residential units were built. View project
