The three-story building's exterior presence is characterized by a clear, horizontal façade structure, further enhanced by the precast concrete elements. The interior structure follows a strict grid pattern, allowing for the flexible division of offices of varying sizes. Caritas Headquarters in Lünen The Caritas Association Lünen-Selm-Werne eV built a new three-story building on Lange Straße in Lünen in 2018 to accommodate its growth. In addition to administrative offices, the building also houses a social services center, Advisory service services, and day care for seniors. Rheinallee in Mainz In just 20 months, 138 rental apartments, three commercial units, and 163 underground parking spaces were built at Mainz's former customs port. The five tower blocks offer water views, while an elongated structure shields the view from Rheinallee. Generous glass facades facing the harbor and noise-optimized punched windows facing the street characterize the architecture. Clinker brick and plaster create a vibrant façade design. View project
