Apartment building in Bochum: In Bochum-Wiemelhausen, a modern apartment building with 15 apartments (70–152 m²) and 32 underground parking spaces was built in 2019 on a former garage site. The goal was sustainable densification in line with the "renaissance of the city center." The underground parking garage improves noise reduction, and a common room is included.
