Residential Quarter in Düsseldorf. Plot 3 of the Karolinger Höfe is part of a development that emerged from an urban planning competition in 2011. A family-friendly residential quarter with approximately 350 residential units is being developed on the 1.6-hectare site in the Düsseldorf district of Bilk. Two residential buildings with 117 apartments are being built on the site of Plot 3, with a shared underground parking garage. The buildings are divided into seven houses, each distinguished by three different thin brick and individual color schemes. View project
District development in Berlin-Schöneberg The Schöneberg lens is an exciting urban planning project in the Tempelhof-Schöneberg district in Berlin, which extends between the Südkreuz station and the Schöneberg S-Bahn station. The area is converted into an urban quarters with a mixture of living and commercial space. Both rental and condominiums, office space, a hotel, a daycare center and a café are created. A modern traffic concept and sustainable energy supply are central components of the project. A KfW 55-efficiency house standard is being sought and there is a combined heat and power plant. The public space is being redesigned to create a pedestrian -friendly environment. Tree avenues and city spaces contribute to addressing in the new district. The location is excellently connected to public transport, with bus, S and subway connections in the immediate vicinity. Modern Student Residence in Hanover-Mitte. Located at Klagesmarkt 17 in central Hanover, a former office building from the 1970s was comprehensively revitalized and converted into a modern student residence with 98 micro-apartments. The compact units offer contemporary living comfort in approximately 26 m², including a kitchenette. The new façade design references the Christ Church opposite and lends the building a striking urban presence. View project
