Apartment buildings in Osnabrück-Pye: Between 2014 and 2018, a residential complex consisting of five apartment buildings and six terraced houses was built in Osnabrück-Pye. The aim was to enhance the urban design of the town entrance and to integrate the development harmoniously into the surrounding area. Modern student residence in Hanover city center: At Klagesmarkt 17, in a central location in Hanover, a former office building from the 1970s has been comprehensively revitalized and transformed into a modern student residence with 98 micro-apartments. The compact units offer contemporary living comfort on approximately 26 m², including a kitchenette. The new facade design references the Christuskirche (Christ Church) opposite and gives the building a striking urban presence. View project

In Lüdenscheid, a modern residential complex with 16 barrier-free two- and three-room apartments for senior-friendly Service The developer is VR Südwestment GmbH & Co. KG, architect Andreas Bodem. ECO.PLAN handled the general construction, planning, and management. The apartments offer approximately 60–80 m² of living space, complemented by common areas and care services. View project
Modern Condominiums in Hanover List: In May 2021, a total of 20 high-quality condominiums were completed in Hanover List and handed over to the Heimkehr eG housing cooperative. This energy-efficient KfW-55 project offers modern amenities, spacious floor plans, floor-to-ceiling windows, private outdoor areas, and sustainable heating technology. in Selm. The buildings blend harmoniously into the natural surroundings and offer direct views of the adjacent "Zechenbusch" forest. The design is by architect Alexander Benthaus, who is very pleased with the positive interest in the apartments. The new buildings are part of an urban development concept that, in addition to residential use, also includes a daycare center to meet the increasing demand for childcare places in Selm.
