"Clouth Quarter" in Cologne: In 2018, two residential buildings with 17 units were built in Cologne for the Energie+ building group, including an underground parking garage and a common room in the former gatehouse. The buildings meet passive house standards and generate energy via photovoltaic systems on the roofs. The monolithic construction with 49 cm thick brick walls features rounded corners and is clad with profiled brick slips.
