Rheinallee in Mainz: In just 20 months, 138 rental apartments, three commercial units, and 163 underground parking spaces were built at the old customs port in Mainz. The five tower blocks offer water views, while an elongated building provides screening from Rheinallee. The Rheinkontor in Mainz is a five-story office building with a striking brick facade and two courtyards, constructed between 2017 and 2020 as part of the Zollhafen redevelopment project. It offers flexible office space, roof terraces, restaurants, and 180 parking spaces. The main tenant is LBBW, which occupies approximately 10,000 m².
