Reference project: Old building renovation Goebenstraße Lübeck An old building on Goebenstraße in Lübeck was given a new face as part of a facade renovation: Feldhaus Klinkerthin bricks in the R752NF version were applied to the existing facade using an ETICS system, giving the building a durable, maintenance-free surface with a classic water-struck appearance. The project demonstrates how thin brick from Feldhaus are ideally suited for the energy-efficient and visual enhancement of existing buildings. Thanks to their slim dimensions of just 14 mm and a weight of approx. 27 kg/m², thin brick can also be used independently of structural considerations. The R752NF thin brick used impresses with a lively, nuanced surface and effectively showcases the old building. View project
Student Residence in Mannheim By 2023, an ensemble consisting of a student residence and a social housing building with a shared clinker facade was created on the Spinelli site in Mannheim. The buildings form the northern block edge along Anna-Sammet-Straße and the neighborhood square. 90 student rooms are grouped around communal areas, complemented by a shared lounge. The outdoor space flows seamlessly into the neighborhood courtyard. Both buildings create a homogeneous urban image through their facade language and structure. View project
Quartier development in Berlin-Schöneberg, Germany The Schöneberger Linse is an exciting urban development project in the district of Tempelhof-Schöneberg in Berlin, extending between Südkreuz station and Schöneberg S-Bahn station. The area is being transformed into an urban quarter with a mix of residential and commercial spaces. Both rental and owner-occupied apartments, office spaces, a hotel, a daycare center, and a café are being created. A modern transport concept and a sustainable energy supply are central components of the project. A KfW-55 efficiency house standard is being pursued, and there is a combined heat and power plant. The public space is being redesigned to create a pedestrian-friendly environment. Tree-lined avenues and urban squares contribute to the identity of the new quarter. The location is excellently connected to public transport, with bus, S-Bahn, and U-Bahn connections in the immediate vicinity. Many of the apartments are being built barrier-free and feature modern amenities such as underfloor heating and balconies or terraces. View project
