Reference Project: Renovation of an Old Building on Goebenstrasse in Lübeck. An old building on Goebenstrasse in Lübeck received a new look as part of a facade renovation: Feldhaus Klinkerslips in the R752NF finish were applied to the existing facade using an external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS), giving the building a durable, maintenance-free surface with a classic water-struck appearance. The project demonstrates how Feldhaus thin bricks are thin brick ideally Feldhaus for the energy-efficient and visual enhancement of existing buildings. Thanks to their slim dimensions of just 14 mm and a weight of approximately 27 kg/m², thin brick be used regardless of structural considerations. Neighborhood Development in Berlin-Schöneberg: The Schöneberg Lens is an exciting urban development project in the Tempelhof-Schöneberg district of Berlin, located between Südkreuz station and Schöneberg S-Bahn station. The area is being transformed into an urban quarter with a mix of residential and commercial spaces. The development will include both rental and owner-occupied apartments, office space, a hotel, a daycare center, and a café. A modern transportation concept and a sustainable energy supply are key components of the project. The aim is to achieve KfW 55 efficiency house standards, and a combined heat and power plant is included. Public spaces are being redesigned to create a pedestrian-friendly environment.
