Reference project: Maximilians Quartier Berlin The Maximilians Quartier is a successful example of contemporary residential construction in Berlin. It combines urban planning quality with architectural sophistication and creates an environment in which tranquillity and big-city flair are not a contradiction. The mix of rental and owner-occupied apartments, the integration of subsidised housing and the high quality of life make the quarter an attractive place to live for a wide range of target groups. With its location in Schmargendorf and its proximity to nature, infrastructure and urban life, the Maximilians Quartier is one of the most exciting residential locations in the capital. View project
