Rheinallee in Mainz: In just 20 months, 138 rental apartments, three commercial units, and 163 underground parking spaces were built at the old customs port in Mainz. Generous glass facades facing the harbor and noise-optimized windows facing the street characterize the architecture. Brick and plaster create a vibrant facade design. View project

Office building Ibbenbüren Südring. The design aims for maximum internal flexibility and self-sufficiency in terms of building technology and automation. The three-story structure is characterized by a clear, horizontal facade, further emphasized by the precast concrete elements. The internal layout follows a strict grid pattern, allowing for flexible partitioning of different office sizes. The chosen construction of a prestressed concrete slab maximizes this flexibility on each floor and enables a completely column-free interior. View project
