Machine and plant operator (m/f/d) for 2027

During the two-year apprenticeship, you will learn to operate the various production facilities independently. In addition to production-related changeovers when switching formats or product types of ceramics, your responsibilities will include daily maintenance and repair work. You will be involved in larger repair projects and gain insights into machine technology. As part of the apprenticeship, you will also acquire standard mechanical skills through collaboration with industrial mechanics.

Your profile:

You have a secondary school leaving certificate (Hauptschule or Realschule), are enthusiastic about technology, and possess manual dexterity. You are interested in complex machine systems with a high degree of automation.
