Industrial ceramicist for plant engineering (m/f/d) for 2026

Throughout the entire 3-year apprenticeship, which is intensively supervised by our ceramic staff, you will rotate through all production departments, from raw material extraction and processing to shaping, drying, and firing. Quality assurance of the ceramic products is also an essential part of the production process. This takes place at the individual machines or in the company's own laboratory.

Your profile:

You have at least a secondary school leaving certificate and possess a very good understanding of technology. You are fascinated by coarse ceramics, the manufacturing process of ceramic products from A as in preparation to Z as in brick.
