"Trainees recruit trainees"
Under this motto, the training fair took place on June 16, 2023 on the company premises of B. Strautmann & Söhne in Bad Laer .
Our ceramic apprentices Tom and Marcel were on site to provide information about daily work at Feldhaus Klinker and possible apprenticeship opportunities.
The training is easiest to explain through practical work. Therefore, interested participants were able to create their own thin brick .
These brick slips are currently being fired and can be picked up from us starting June 23, 2023.
