"Since the further development of the coronavirus pandemic cannot be estimated, we have decided to suspend the trade fair," explains Managing Director Nicola Feldhaus. The decision not to present the products and also news at BAU 2021 was difficult for the Company due to the unpredictable development. The capacities thus freed up will be directed towards the target group-oriented expansion of communication channels.
“BAU is very important for maintaining and acquiring Contact. As the past few months have shown us, however, Contact is only possible to a limited extent in Corona times. In our opinion, this will not change significantly until January,” says Sales Manager Jörg Breier. For Company Feldhaus , the health of both customers and employees is the top priority. Contacte should therefore be limited to a necessary level. Furthermore, it is not yet foreseeable whether international guests will be able to attend the trade fair. For Feldhaus Klinker , participation in the BAU trade fair has been associated with success in the past. A new concept was already in development for the upcoming trade fair, which was intended to take account of the positive development.
In order to secure the strong order situation in the medium and long term, product innovations will now be presented to a broad audience via the existing communication and sales channels.
