Café & Bistro in Bremen Lesum Urban Development Development On the site of the former Wilhelm Kaisen barracks The area of the Lesum Park is one of the largest urban development areas in Bremen-Nord, which has been realized in recent years. New Office Building: Rheinkontor Mainz The Rheinkontor in Mainz is a five-story new office building with a striking clinker brick facade and two courtyards, built between 2017 and 2020 as part of the Zollhafen conversion. It offers flexible office space, roof terraces, a restaurant, and 180 parking spaces. The main tenant is LBBW, which occupies approximately 10,000 square meters.
