New IT office complex in Bissendorf: The four-story "ITHUB" office complex, with 3,000 m² of gross floor area, was completed turnkey in Bissendorf in 2021. It offers combined offices, meeting rooms, social areas, and modern technology such as underfloor heating with cooling function, air source heat pumps, and a photovoltaic system. New building for music school, bank, and REWE supermarket in Bielefeld. The Senne Music School is located in the south of Bielefeld and was founded by music educators Helmut Quakernack and Jürgen Hillbrink. Over the years, it has steadily developed and is now an integral part of the local cultural scene. A new building is planned in the immediate vicinity, which, in addition to an optician and a bakery, will also house the music school – provided that a planned REWE supermarket is built at the rear of the property. The lease agreement with the investor has already been signed, the new premises are specifically tailored to the needs of the music school, and the move from the old gas station building, which is in need of renovation, is imminent. Café & Bistro in Bremen-Lesum: Urban Development on the Site of the Former Wilhelm-Kaisen Barracks. The Lesum Park area is one of the largest urban development projects in Bremen-North to have been realized in recent years. With the involvement of the Bremen-North Building Authority, the development plan to create new building regulations was carried out in 2012/2013. To date, all construction projects have been completed, and Lesum Park has developed into a vibrant neighborhood in Bremen-North. Lesum Park was planned as a mixed-use neighborhood with residential and commercial uses. The commercial focus is on the healthcare sector. A diverse range of residential options was developed, including terraced houses, townhouses, and apartment buildings. A total of approximately 220 residential units were built. View project
