Student Residence Hall in Mannheim. On the Spinelli site in Mannheim, an ensemble of student residence halls and a social housing building with a shared brick facade was built by 2023. The buildings form the northern edge of the block facing Anna-Sammet-Straße and Quartiersplatz. Ninety student rooms are grouped around meeting areas, complemented by a communal lounge. The outdoor space flows seamlessly into the Quartiershof courtyard. Both buildings create a homogenous urban landscape through their facade language and structure. View project
