modern, four-story office building has been constructed in Potsdam's Schiffbauergasse cultural district, near the Tiefen See lake. Designed and built to KfW Efficiency House 55 standards, the building is situated in a diverse area with many detached structures. Its dynamic, curved form asserts its independence. At the same time, the new building incorporates the predominant brick material, thus blending harmoniously with the existing listed buildings.
