New building for music school, bank, and REWE supermarket in Bielefeld. The Senne Music School is located in the south of Bielefeld and was founded by music educators Helmut Quakernack and Jürgen Hillbrink. Over the years, it has steadily developed and is now an integral part of the local cultural scene. A new building is planned for construction nearby, which will house an optician and a bakery as well as the music school – assuming a planned REWE supermarket is built in the rear area. The lease with the investor has already been signed, the new premises are specifically tailored to the needs of the music school, and the move from the old gas station building, which is in need of renovation, is imminent. Apartment Building in Osnabrück-Pye. A residential complex comprising five apartment buildings and six terraced houses was built in Osnabrück-Pye between 2014 and 2018. The goal was to enhance the urban development of the town entrance and integrate it harmoniously into the surrounding area. The three- to six-room apartments (85–186 m²) offer high-quality living with natural light, underfloor heating, and private outdoor areas. View project

A family-friendly residential quarter with approximately 350 residential units is being developed on the 1.6-hectare site in the Düsseldorf district of Bilk. Two residential buildings with 117 apartments are being built on the site of Plot 3, with a shared underground parking garage.
