The Parkstrasse, one of the most beautiful streets in Luthes, is located in the western area of the town center. Luther Wohnpark GmbH with the Wunstorf architects Tschee + Wenskus conducted condominiums in a classic-modern formal language on the former church.

A total of six apartments and a garage system with a total of six parking spaces and affiliated parking rooms were carried out. Among other things, the aim of the facade design was to make the modern building architecture in conjunction with the cube in an interesting manner for the viewer by choosing a corresponding choice of materials in the surface of the facade. This has been implemented in an excellent way through the interplay of plastering areas with Feldhaus KlinkerRammchen; The energetic requirements for the building envelope were met by a thermal insulation composite system made of mineral wool. In particular, it should be emphasized that the investor wanted to combine old craftsmanship in harmony with modern modern building architecture through a skilful combination of surface materials. The window elements with the white outdoor cleaning surfaces and the roof structure represent the modern component. The old craftsmanship fulfill the Feldhaus Klinkerstraps in thin format with a corresponding coal melt on the brick surface. These straps specially manufactured as 14 millimeter thin clinker product were burned by the latest production technology - contrary to the usual quality standards of dimensional accuracy and far below the required tolerances - as so -called "crooked dogs" in the tunnel stove. These very specific thin brick throw corresponding shadows on the facade due to their desired bowling dimensions and let them appear alive. Here old brick tradition was combined with the facade modern, a unique eye -catcher!

The building consists of two cubes with a clinker facade, which is connected by a spacious staircase in the northern area and separated in the southern area by a glass and plaster surface. The staircase with a curved outdoor wall as well as enclosed stairs, galleries and elevator combines the apartments and also serves to communicate and encounter. On the ground floor, three apartments with a size of 66 square meters, 84 square meters and 134 square meters, two apartments with 123 square meters and 147 square meters were created on the upper floor. At the end, a spacious penthouse apartment with a roof terrace is arranged over the cubes.

All apartments with terraces and balconies are oriented towards Luther See. It was placed great emphasis on the privacy of the individual residents and the balconies or terraces were separated and arranged with a visual relationship to the small lake. The outer walls of the floors are made of 175 millimeters thick behind masonry made of limestone sandstone and 160 millimeters of outside thermal insulation made of stone wool. thin brick structure the square base and thus ensure a small -scale facade. The balconies are provided with massive parapets and in this way they receive privacy screen. The inner walls are made of limestone sandstone. The balcony surfaces were made in reinforced concrete like the floor ceilings. The roof structure is flat roofs with a ventilated wooden beam ceiling and outside channels.
