The area on Mars-La-Tour-Straße, which is caught by a tree avenue, continuously breaks into different sizes. The resulting plaice, designed as an increased private house, move freely on the property. This drifts develop interesting spatial constellations. There is an interplay between compacted and open situations in the room. The paths that are formed as a result wind like a river through the neighborhood and are led by "sliding and impact banks". The sliding banks form seating, while the bumper banks represent the demarcation to private living floes. The paths widen to courts and squares that serve as a living area for the entire district and the surrounding area (senior residence, etc.). The route and space system is attached by a homogeneous and water-permeable asphalt and crossed by loose and light groves.

The living flows include different building typologies, each grouping around a private, green outdoor area. Analogous to the design of the neighborhood, the common area is also spatially dissolved in fragments. The pre -zones are put in private garden rooms in front of the apartments; The negative formed from it represents the common area.

The concept provides for a clear separation between car traffic and pedestrian and cycling. The parking spaces located in the plinth area of the residential plaons are opened up on the periphery of the residential area (Theodorheuss-Platz, Zeppelinstraße and Schackstraße). As a result, the paths and squares between the clods are reserved for the residents of the neighborhood and the surrounding area. These areas are only available to delivery and disposal and emergency services. The buildings on the living floes are each accessed by the public sector. All apartments on the ground floor have a private garden that is separated to the common area with hedges.
