"House of Green Associations" at Olga Park in Oberhausen has a new tenant: Ellin Line GmbH, a fiber optic network specialist. The building, completed in 2022, offers approximately 3,500 m² of office, conference, and storage space. It is a joint project of cemetery gardeners in North Rhine-Westphalia and also houses horticultural associations. The building is considered an architectural highlight with sustainable construction methods: green roofs, CO₂-neutral construction, and a green parking area. Since 2018, a total of around €30 million has been invested in the complex, creating 150 jobs. To offset the CO₂ emissions from construction, 1,000 trees are to be planted in Osterfeld. View project

modern, four-story office building has been constructed in Potsdam's Schiffbauergasse cultural district, near the Tiefen See lake. Designed and built to KfW Efficiency House 55 standards, the building is situated in a diverse area with many detached structures. Its dynamic, curved form asserts its independence. At the same time, the new building incorporates the predominant brick material, thus blending harmoniously with the existing listed buildings. The ground floor houses a fitness studio, while the three upper floors contain offices, meeting rooms, and a divisible conference room. View project
