Lindenau Harbor Leipzig. A micro-neighborhood with 72 rental apartments in four five-story buildings directly on the waterfront was completed on Hafenstraße in Leipzig by Q1 2021. The project was developed by Townscape and Sassenscheidt and sold to HanseMerkur before construction began. Architectural twists ensure all units offer water views. A central plaza creates a pleasant atmosphere and equal living space. The façade design is based on a yellowish brick slip type from the sampling process. View project
Residential and commercial building in Berlin Prenzlauer-Berg on the Winsstraße / corner Marienburger Straße in Berlin Prenzlauer-Berg was built on a residential and commercial building with around 187 rental apartments (11,300 square meters) on six floors. On the ground floor, a commercial area of around 2,700 square meters was created, which includes an EDEKA market, among other things. The architectural design comes from the architectural firm Stephan Höhne Gesellschaft of Architects MBH. Show project
"Neue Südhöfe" in Hanover The "Neue Südhöfe" residential complex in Hanover's Südstadt district comprises 54 bright condominiums with 2–4 rooms (88–214 m²), completed in 2019. The architecture combines modern design with a typical brick look and offers balconies, roof terraces, or garden areas. A park-like courtyard, underground parking, high-quality furnishings, and energy-efficient construction (including solar thermal energy and landscaping) ensure a high level of living comfort.
