Modern Student Residence in Hanover-Mitte. Located at Klagesmarkt 17 in central Hanover, a former office building from the 1970s was comprehensively revitalized and converted into a modern student residence with 98 micro-apartments. The compact units offer contemporary living comfort in approximately 26 m², including a kitchenette. The new façade design references the Christ Church opposite and lends the building a striking urban presence. View project
Ibbenbüren Südring Office Building. The design's objective is to achieve maximum interior flexibility and self-sufficiency with regard to building technology and automation. The three-story building's exterior presence is characterized by a clear, horizontal façade structure, further enhanced by the precast concrete elements. The interior structure follows a strict grid pattern, allowing for the flexible division of offices of varying sizes. The chosen construction of a prestressed concrete slab further maximizes this flexibility on each floor and allows for complete column-free interior construction. View project

New IT office complex in Bissendorf. The four-story "ITHUB" office complex with 3,000 m² of gross floor area was built turnkey in Bissendorf in 2021. It features combined offices, meeting rooms, social areas, and modern technology such as underfloor heating with a cooling function, air-source heat pumps, and a photovoltaic system. The façade is made of beige clinker brick and aluminum elements. The supporting structure was constructed of solid reinforced concrete. View project
