Factory tour at Feldhaus Klinker on Innovation Day

Bad Laerer innovation day is very interested.

The first Bad Laerhe took place last weekend. 20 local companies opened their doors to present themselves as an employer and training company. All Company offered an interesting supporting program for visitors.

Many training opportunities at Feldhaus

Using practical examples, the various specialist departments showed the professional possibilities in the company: the ceramists presented the various raw materials that are necessary for the production of a clinker. The electronics and industrial mechanics had set up a robot in a joint action to illustrate modern production technology. Information about the commercial area in the Company rounded off the information program.

Clinker production to touch

Interested visitors were able to learn how clinker and straps are made in the course of a 90 minute management. All stations of the manufacturing process were explained from the preparation of raw materials to the design to the burning process. Afterwards, interested parties were able to put the knowledge they had learned into practice and let their creativity run free in a "pottery course".

Positive balance

"We have achieved the goal of presenting the Company as a strong employer in Bad Laer and the surrounding area," said Managing Director Nicola Feldhaus . Feldhaus Klinker offers various ways to bring young people closer to the Company and the training opportunities. Project work with the surrounding schools has been particularly positive.

With the forklift in the conference room: the robot is set up.

Working with sound and narrow. Many creative ideas are now waiting to be burned in the oven.

Made for eternity. Like a clinker, this unique can survive generations.

The robot was programmed to stack Facing Brick in different patterns.

Don't be afraid of technology: The robot is "fed" here.
