For the first time in 2023, Feldhaus is offering a dual study program in "Materials Engineering: Glass & Ceramics". Applications can be submitted now.
“We want to offer young people high-quality training and inspire them to join Feldhaus ,” explains plant manager Alexander Schröder, outlining his motivation behind this new program. Even for successful Company like Feldhaus Klinker filling vacancies will become increasingly difficult in the future. The new training program is tailor-made for Company in the ceramics industry: The coursework is completed in block release. During the practical phases, students work on concrete projects to connect theory with practice… “and learn to appreciate the Company in the process,” the plant manager is certain.
As a "Bachelor of Engineering", graduates can get started in a wide variety of areas at Feldhaus Klinker such as quality management, technical Advisory service or research / development.
