As a reliable partner of trade and craft, we offer an extensive range of clinker and constantly develop new products in order to be able to meet the current color and style trends. An example of our joy of innovation is the production of straps in a wader streak look with the physical properties of a clinker.

In addition to Thin Brick and Facing Brick N, the product range also includes robust Pavers and small plasters for mosaic formation. All clinker products are burned at temperatures up to 1,200 ° C. This makes them particularly resistant to all weather -related influences.

The quality properties of Feldhaus KlinkerN are particularly low water intake. While conventional hand shape tiles absorb up to 20 percent water, for example, the value at Feldhaus Klinkern in hand form optics is only between two and five percent. Harmful weather influences cannot harm the clinker. The stone remains clean and does not weather, the surface retains its beautiful look and color.

With clinker from Feldhaus , these requirements are easy to meet. Feldhaus Klinker protect and adorn new buildings alike and meet the requirements of the building energy law (formerly Energy Saving Ordinance EnEV). With the appropriate insulation, heating costs and maintenance costs for your facade are reduced permanently and noticeable.

Bricks from Feldhaus Klinker are also perfect for old buildings. They are simply laid in front of the load-bearing wall at a slight distance without interfering with the existing building structure. Thin bricks are bonded directly to the existing façade using an ETIC system. This is how you can turn old buildings into real eye-catchers.

All of our products are subject to a constant control and quality assurance process. Quality, guarantee and security are the top priority at Feldhaus . Every single Feldhaus house - whether in product development or in support - contributes to quality assurance.

In every phase of production, the employees of the Feldhaus Labor have access to reset samples and material, so that the cause can be quickly determined in quality impairments. The employees carry out test protection tests on the burned clinkers. The special properties of a clinker - the low water absorption up to six percent and the brokener raw density of at least 1.9 kg/dm³ are assigned to a pressure strength class. Although the clinker is densely burned, it still has a capillary effect. The capillaries absorb water and release it again. This diffusion ability is crucial for wall structure and all weather influences.

Our ceramic engineers are constantly experimenting with new clinker recipes in the laboratory. Products are tested in the small kiln and experiments are carried out with surface treatments. Firing plates of new clays provide information on colour and shrinkage behaviour.

In addition to the tests carried out by our own laboratory, we also undergo independent external testing by Güteschutz Ziegel e.V.

Feldhaus bricks fulfil the requirements of DIN EN 771-1 in conjunction with DIN 20000-401. Thin bricks are manufactured in accordance with these standards. Clay pavers fulfil DIN EN 1344 and DIN 18503.
